I agree, though mobile is more conversational than just giving information and being impersonal. A mobile is a personal device and when one uses this media for marketing, they have to keep in mind that unrelated messages annoy the user and will be treated as spam. But people are opening up to mobile advertising and marketing. One can even run campaigns on the mobile. Sites like Mozes offers these. Knowing that the customers attention spam is like trying to catch wind, and the fact that one carrries their mobile everywhere, mobile marketing can be leveraged immensely.
