Sony Ericsson appears to be growing increasingly concerned about the outcome of Nokia's increased grip on what should be an open operating system provider - Symbian. This morning, Sony Ericsson president Katsumi Ihara said the firm was in discussions with other Symbian shareholders about maintaining the openness of the company.
