Interesting: I first thought your application took the wrong address for the QR Code.
But then I went on the web and saw that the whole ECB Website is currently offline. Who is their webmaster?

Even if the ECB site is off-line, you can find a screen image of the ECB site and the mobile site addressed by the QR Code here in our blog:

The ECB Site is working again now, so the QR Code works fine again. I don't know who's in charge there, but it isn't us;)
